At the end of 2007 in Mazatlan a new proposal of artists in love with the flamenco musical movement emerged, giving life to the group “Suncaí Gitano” who since then have had the opportunity to perform on different stages to publicize their musical proposal.
On this occasion and celebrating its XV Anniversary will hold a special presentation within the framework of the Spring Season 2023 Festival next Wednesday, March 29 at 8:00 p.m. at the Angela Peralta Theater.
Come and celebrate with them an unforgettable flamenco evening and enjoy the music and culture of our port.

aAs part of the Spring Season 2023, the Institute of Culture, Tourism and Art of Mazatlan brings for you the work: “Ballet Gala” performed by the National Dance Company under the artistic direction of Elisa Carrillo and Cuauhtemoc Najera.
The Gala will include the presentation of Swan Lake with the first dancers: Ana Elisa Mena, Mayuko Nihei, Blanca Ríos, Yoalli Sousa, Argenis Montalvo and Erick Rodríguez.
“Ballet Gala” will be presented on Saturday, March 25 at 8:00 pm at the Angela Peralta Theater.

As part of the Spring Season 2023, the Institute of Culture, Tourism and Art of Mazatlan brings you the work: “Don Quijote” performed by the National Dance Company of Mexico.
Under the artistic direction of Elisa Carrillo and Cuauhtemoc Najera, the work “Don Quijote” is a choreographic adaptation of the original by Marius Petipa, counting as the first dancers artists of international stature such as: Ana Elisa Mena, Mayuko Nihei, Blanca Rios, Yoalli Sousa, Argenis Montalvo and Erick Rodriguez.
“Don Quijote” will be presented on Thursday, March 23 at 8:00 pm at the Angela Peralta Theater.

As part of the program of the Mazatlan Cultural Festival 2022, the Institute of Culture, Tourism and Art of Mazatlan brings for you: Tosca Opera with the special participation of the soprano Maria Katzarava and under the direction of the maestro Enrique Patron de Rueda.
Maria Katzarava is a Mexican opera singer born and raised in Mexico City whose first place in the Operalia competition in Canada in the opera and zarzuela categories has earned her international fame. Since then Maria Katzarava has performed in Europe, where she currently lives, in Asia and in America.

Tosca Opera will be presented on October 4 and 5 at the Angela Peralta Theater at 8:00 pm.
