When making your reservation online, we encourage you to keep in mind our cancellation policies.
In the hopes of guaranteeing your reservation you will be receiving a phone call from a hotel representative. We ask that you grant us authorization to make the two nights stay charge.
Please understand your reservation is been guaranteed with your credit card, you would pay upon arrival. Any cancellation or change, let us know at least 3 days prior to scheduled arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation penalty charge.
Please understand that your credit card will be charged 2 nights as a deposit. You will be getting a payment receipt by Email. The rest of your stay is to be paid upon arrival. Any cancellation or change must be submitted at least 7 days prior to arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation penalty charge.

Your room will be guaranteed. However, if you know if advance that your arrival time will be after 18:00 hours, please contact our Reservations Department and advise them of your planned arrival time.

For any communications with our staff, please have your Reservation Code and your arrival date available.
Your reservation process will begin when select the room or package of your preference. We suggest you review our Room Comparison to know our rooms, prices and amenities for each.
By clicking on “Book Now” you will start your booking process that consists of 4 steps:
1. Select room type, dates of stay and number of adults, juniors and children to stay in the room.
* Note that some packages allow free entry to children under 14 years (check terms and conditions), but in the rest of the rooms the policy to not generate additional fees is for children under 12 years in the same room with their parents.
** Juniors (13-17) / Children (3-12).
*** When selecting the number of rooms, take to consideration the maximum capacity of the rooms (we have capacity from 2 up to 6 adults).
2. Total Hotel Charge.
If we have rooms available or the selected package is valid for the selected dates, the page will show the total charge for lodging.
3. Book your Room.
If you are sure to make your reservation (room type, dates, # of persons and total charge) you must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in the Cancellation Policy to continue with Step #3 where you will enter your personal information and credit card, which is used to guarantee your reservation.
4. Request your reservation.
Once you finish entering your data, click on “Request Your Reservation” and wait a few seconds to process your order. After this process you may see on the screen the Step #4 which will show your Confirmation Code and where at the same time you will receive a copy of that confirmation by email.
* Additionally, you can use the comments field for a specific need, for example: “I require ground floor”, “accompanied by 2 children”, etc., which shall be considered by the reception area at the time of assigning your room, where for policies it is not possible to guarantee a specific room, but we’ll do our best to meet and exceed your expectations.
** Late Arrival: Your room will be guaranteed. However, if you know if advance that your arrival time will be after 8 PM, please contact our Reservations Department and advise them of your planned arrival time.
Hotel Playa Mazatlan, always thinking of their customers agree designed the “Special online booking” which include:
Daily food and beverage credit.
Credit complimentary for use in foods and beverages in our Restaurant – Bar “La Terraza”, which is applied nightly, except on day of departure. Excess credit balances are not carried forward.
* To be benefited by this bond, at the time that you make your registration in the reception area, you must open credit and our system will automatically deduct at the end of the day the bonus given. Guest who do not open credit with the hotel are not elegible for this credit.
** The food and beverage credit varies according to the room category, from $14 to $49 USD.
15% massage discount.
The discount is applied per reservation. At the time of your registration in the reception area, they will be give you a massage coupon for the type of reservation (single, double, etc.) and based on this makes you 15% discount.
Refrigerator restocked daily.
Your refrigerator will be restocked with 4 bottles of water, 4 beers and 4 sodas, keeping the stock daily, except on day of departure.
* Only the Pacific Penthouse has a daily restocked with 6 bottles of water, 6 sodas and 6 beers.
** You can request a specific drink brand, which will be supplied as long as the Hotel has available in inventory.
The Fruit Basket will be delivered on the day of your arrival in the comfort of your room. This amenity applies only for guests of Cielito Lindo and Pacifica Penthouse.
