On the night of January 20 Mazatlan will meet the new sovereigns of the Mazatlan’s International Carnival 2018 ‘Patasalda: The Circus of the Talents’ that will take place at the majestic Angela Peralta Theater in an evening full of emotions and holiday the Election of the Queens where a full house is expected where the candidates will be sheltered by the affection and love of their family and friends.
