Check In & Check Out Times

Thank you for your preference!
Please note that the Check in is from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you wish to guarantee an early check in the room should be booked from the night before. An early check in is on request basis and we cannot guarantee this as our check out is at 11 am each day and the rooms have to be cleaned. If we are unable to facilitate your request for an early check in we will be delighted to store your luggage until your room is ready.
If we have the availability for an early check-in, the additional charge will be:
- 7:00 am – 10:00 am – $500*
- 10:00 am – 1:00 pm – $350*
- 1:00 pm and up – without charge.
If you wish to stay in your room after 11:00 am please contact Reception where a late check-out charge can be arranged.
- 11:00 pm – 3:00 pm – $300*
- 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm – $600*
* Mexican pesos.
