One of the most beautiful areas of the port of Mazatlan, Sinaloa whose corners shelter part of the history of our city is the Paseo Olas Altas that in the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s was the center of the tourist activity.
In recent days as part of the comprehensive renovation project that is happening in Mazatlan in front of the Tianguis Turistico Mexico 2018, the Paseo Olas Altas was transformed to welcome you and confirm once again why Mazatlan is known as the Pearl of the Pacific.
We invite you to enjoy with your family and friends for a walk along the Paseo Olas Altas as from Thursday to Sunday this area will be closed to road traffic to make it completely pedestrian. Admire the sunsets that Mazatlan gives you, sit on the boardwalk and listen to the waves or taste some typical saucer of the region.

The Handcrafted Market will be located in what nowadays knows as the Flowers Market in the center of the city and the Malecon Market will be located on Del Mar Avenue, in what used to be Coliseos; its concept will be very similar to the Mercado Roma in Mexico City, where there are organic and gourmet food stalls, fast food outlets as well as stores and restaurants of the city.
This is how Mazatlan diversifies its tourist offer so our visitors will have a unique experience in the port.
Located at the north end of Mazatlan towards Cerritos and whose beauty has allowed it to consolidate as one of the most emblematic places of the port, Playa Brujas, exotic place surrounded by nature and that is the delight of the water sports fans for the impetus of its waves, will enter a program to certify about 800 linear meters of its beaches in order to preserve and order this area of Mazatlan.
