Sinaloa Governor inaugurates XIX Mazatlan Bike Week 2014By
Last night in the Plaza de la Moto the official opening of the XIX Mazatlan Bike Week 2014 took place, which was attended by the Governor of Sinaloa, Mario Lopez Valdez, who arrived the venue aboard of a Harley-Davidson.
During the ceremony before hundreds of motorcyclists, the governor was accompanied by the Mayor of Mazatlan, Carlos Felton, the Secretary of Tourism of Sinaloa, Francisco Cordova Celaya, and the Commander of the Third Military Region, General Eduardo Emilio Zarate Landeros.
Within the discourses that accompanied the opening ceremony, prevailed the recognition to the organizers who have made the Bike Week Mazatlan at number one event in Latin America and the exhortation to enjoy each of the scheduled activities respecting the code vial, not combining alcohol with speed and respect the marked limits.
Later the stage of the Plaza de la Moto roared with the presentation of the first rock concert was given by the brothers Sergio and Francisco Gomez, Akwid group members, who with their originality ignited the minds of those present.
