Inaugurated expansion of road in Villa Union

Last December 24 the President of Mazatlan, Mr. Jorge Abel López Sánchez, officially opened the expansion of the Presidio River Bridge and the road to four lanes in Villa Union, which will allow to improve the traffic between Mazatlan and the above mentioned rural zone.

The opening of this important road work that reaches a length of 4.4 km was presided by the mayor of Mazatlan, the subsecretary of Tourism, Raúl Llera Martínez, the syndic of Villa Union, Mazatlan entrepreneurs, municipal officials and councilors; those who saw crystallized the efforts that for months the municipal government invested in this bridge.

Thanks to this extension there will be eliminated the "bottlenecks" that for years the drivers who were passing along this route were suffering and which also places Mazatlan and surroundings municipalities as one of the best roads in the country.
