Art Festival 2010

With great pride, the Municipal Institute of Culture, Tourism and Arts of Mazatlan presented the awaited Mazatlan Cultural Festival 2010, which aims to give a sample of culture and art of our country.

Throughout the month of November and December, the Mazatlan Cultural Festival will take place at three of the most representative places inside the culture area such as: Angela Peralta Theater, Plazuela Machado and Paseo Olas Altas.

Among the cultural activities of the festival will have the participation of Delfos Contemporary Dance Company, alleys by the Day of the Dead, important works of theater that is currently being presented in Mexico City, concerts, opera and classical music, special presentation of Symphonic Juvenile orchestra accompanied by the Ballet Folklorico Sinaloense, children's theater, among others.

Undoubtedly, Sowing Culture Programme will be one of the most emotional and expected, since their main goal is to bring cultural events to the shantytowns of Mazatlan.

Since already it is a tradition, for the closing of the Cultural Festival the very awaited Christmas Show will be realized on Saturday, the 18th of December.
