The competition started! And as is tradition, the popular neighborhood “Francisco Villa” will be the setting for the First Official Count of the Mazatlan’s International Carnival 2012 "The Feast of Empires" next January 13th from 18:00 hrs.
Dressed in joy and music, the esplanade of the “Francisco Villa” will witness the economic contributions of the candidates to the reigns of the highest Mazatlan party that will be held from February 16 to 21 and where tinsel dresses, confetti, banda music will make wait.
