The Mazatlan International Center is located in the hotel tourist new zone within the Marina Mazatlan, a few minutes from the Famous Golden Zone. It was developed in an area of 25 acres dedicated to its purposes, and includes a main building. It is connected to the covered parking facility by a footbridge, spacious garden areas, little plazas and passengers download area for all type of vehicles, bus parking and a freight area.

The main building features 95,400 square feets of meeting spaces, including a room for expositions and 17 meeting rooms. The largest room of the Mazatlan Internacional Center has a 3,000 person capacity for a banquet arrangement. In addition to the meeting space, the Mazatlan International Center has semi-open areas for social events of up to 5,000 persons in banquet arrangement. The architectural style of this facility is evocative of sea life, featuring characteristics that symbolically represents a variety of native species of this zone of the mexican Pacific Ocean.
